- Remote Control
- Mobile Web Server allows you to control Windows Media Player (*) or Windows Media Centre (*) remotely. "RemoteControl" pages show you how. If you are running the player on a distant machine with Mobile Web Server installed/running, you can control the player remotely by visiting the server via the web. So distant web browser shows you "RemoteControl" pages with buttons and pressing the buttons on the pages you control your player exactly as with a habitual TV style remote control. The player will be controlled regardless of where the browser is located, so if you are browsing the server from pocket windows mobile device you would have a real TV style remote control alternative. (*) Supported at the moment only, considered to be expanded to any program
- Three pages are provided as samples for remote controlling. Please use a page corresponding the place to control - PocketPC for remote controling applications located on PocketPC devices, SmartPhone for applications on SmartPhones and the default page for controlling desktop servers/players/applications.
